The circle

Same team. New seat.

You got the promotion. Now you’re managing the people you used to grab lunch with. This circle is ten women working through exactly that: the awkward first one-to-ones, the friend who wanted the job, and the line between friendly and fair.

It’s confidential, it’s small, and nobody leaves without a next step.

Who it’s for

Women in their first or second year of managing a team, especially those promoted from within.

How it runs

  1. 7:00pmArrive, light dinner, introductions
  2. 7:30pmEach person shares one situation they’re stuck on
  3. 8:15pmThe circle works through two of them together
  4. 8:50pmOne next step each, then close
